Hello, I bought a new computer and I'm trying to reinstall the game, but I always get this error message. How can I fix it?d7x4uhcc9gai.png

    90% of times is a Network Issue.

    Try first to select only the Easy Anti-cheat mode and do not touch anytimees your Mouse until
    the loading reach 10%.

    This can mean that the servers are offline or there is an issue with the authentication. But those issues are generally resolved fairly quickly.

    If you continue to get this error, you will want to uninstall the Intrepid Launcher, delete all files pertaining to Ashes of Creation, and reinstall the Launcher.

    If you continue to get the error, please report it in the Alpha Two forums.
