Ashes (EasyAntiCheat) destroyed my Windows

After many many months of trying everything under the sun, and i do mean every fricking thing, i've finally given up and had to uninstall Ashes and the cancer that is EasyAntiCheat.
The problem:
Endless Windows update failures of critical security patches as well as major updates all fail due to EAC. It became so bad that my update icon was permanently red and it forcefully tried to update every other day.. But the result was always the same, "We encountered an issue during the update" and then rolling back.
Solution:
Uninstall Ashes and hard reset EAC before removing it (wont work otherwise).
Question:
Are you guys in Intrepid going to remove EAC in the (near) future?
If not, i do not see any other recourse than requesting for a refund. That would be a shame as i have been following and looking forward to the game for many years - but i refuse to pay for a damaged product.

Currently, EAC is a tool we're going to be using for Ashes of Creation. Hiccups and technical issues can be expected, as this is an alpha test.
