Cannot authenticate with web services

I'm getting the message: An error has occured while attemtping to authenticate with web services. Please try again later {30}. I've been playing P3 and not had this issue beofre. I tried reinstalling the Launcher but to no effect. Any ideas or help would be appreciated.

I am signed into the forums, so I don't know why it doesn't recognise me. There is a sign in link on the ticket page - but that doesn't seem to do anything. Now I'm stuck with my issue, as I can't even send Intrepid a ticket? Any advice/suggestions?
I have tried to create a ticket, but it won't send (I get the mesaage that access is denied, and that I don't have user rights - even though I am logged into the Forums. I am at a loss as what do next to get this issue resolved. Thank you.
