Re: Linking Alts.
Your issues are Steven's design here. The entire point of having alts in different guilds is to do things that will be frowned upon. That's what Steven wants in the game.I can see issues of someones main being a guildie and they make a alt just to mess with other guilds and do things that maybe frowned upon. Should be some connections between alts. But we cant have everything.

Re: FUN vs. Chore?
Do believe we did receive xp for artisanry in P1. It was just a really small amount. And afaik (cause hasn't tested this myself), Intrepid have increased that amount by a fair bit either in P2 or in 2.5.but i just "assume" it is not.

Re: 🖼️👀 Looking for Alpha Two access?
Pls if anyone can spare a key.. My friend is a delusional human who studies doctor degree in philosophy, hasn't worked a day in his life and has extreme anxiety and depression. He really needs this. I do too.

Re: Armor Appearance
Nah dude... people including me think the races look to similar and the world need more flavour. When they create something that is gonna add uniqueness to the game i would support that even though i get your point. Even if some specific sets is gonna look cooler transmog is still a thing.

Re: Linking Alts.
I would like a common bank/storage thing so crafter alts can pass around mats, gear and currency to avoid always having to start a toon from scratch or bother guild people to facilitate numerous and mundane trades.

Re: The Art (and Deception) of Cartography – A Player-Driven Map System
The only way something like this could happen (looking specifically at specialized resources and such), is if you didn't have access to those resources without the map. At this point though, you are buying access to the resources, not the map.
The only way I can see maps in general being something players care about is if the area of game had a simulated mechanic for getting lost, that a map can prevent - something like a desert or ocean where the locations of various points of interest are randomized without a map, but guaranteed with one. You could set this so that the quality of a player made map reduces the randomization rather than prevent it - so with an average quality map you know an oasis or ruin is nearby, but you don't know exactly where.
