    Just a heads up, the GM of this thread applied to our guild Imperium under secrecy. The idea was if he was accepted he would disband Black Tower (and none of his members would know). At Imperium, we aren't looking to just accept anyone, regardless of whether he says he is going to "bankroll" us or not. He touted his 1k package and "experience".

    I find it a bit disingenuous that a GM would recruit members into their guild under the false pre-tense that they will turn around and disband immediately if they were accepted. Then to turn it around and try to bury the truth, it just rubbed us wrong.

    Once we declined Ghyx, he asked we wipe all of this history away to prevent the rest of you from knowing. We declined politely.



    Shortly after, an account named "Imperius" (created june 16th) was created on this website and discord, and immediately applied to our guild again. Thankfully we run a pretty in-depth recruitment team. We've been around this block for more than a few mmos and looked into this app like any other.

    "Imperius" again touted his 1k package, as if that was something we might be interested in.



    We tracked it of course, and found the obvious. Everytime "Imperius" would login to message our recruiters or browse chats, "Ghyx" was offline, and vice versa. What he didn't realize also however is that he linked his steam account. (see above screenshot).

    With this information we once again declined "Ghyx/Imperius", even as he was pressing our recruiter to be accepted.



    I messaged him again,



    He then logs off and logs into Ghyx, blocking me on both Discord accounts. 




    Take all of the above how you will. Just shedding some light. It's not like this hurts Imperium or anything, but we did find it sort of funny :P

    edit: and now he's mass bumping his thread so nobody sees just the first page :P

    i would advise any members of this guild to watch this 23rd guild fair to find a good and proper guild with a leader that isn't toxic.
