And if need be block those payment accounts. Sellers arent going to enjoy having to establish a new bank account every time they get caught. This isnt the first game these guys have worked on.
    Considering a large part of this game is about making money, moving it, caravans etc. It might be hard to do it that way ;)

    I'm going to be honest here, active GM's will reduce the spam yes but it is not a solution. Bots can still roam gathering the gold, and most people buying the gold already know the sites. Also having an active GM 24/7 on every map where people generally gather (this is where most gold sellers spam) is a lot of work. Unless there is a dedicated team for this, I don't see how they can do it and work on the game. 

    I think the best way to gauge it though is to see it in action. Once the game is up and we get a feel for this situation, we can then provide suggestions etc

    I've always like the idea of Player Moderators:
    1. Ability to mute or temporary mute
    2. Priority report (different from normal reports, more reliable)
    Gives more opportunities for GM's to work on more important issues and extra workforce resources such as helping with in game events etc.
