Glorious Alpha Two Testers!

Alpha Two Realms are now unlocked for Phase II testing!

For our initial launch, testing will begin on Friday, December 20, 2024, at 10 AM Pacific and continue uninterrupted until Monday, January 6, 2025, at 10 AM Pacific. After January 6th, we’ll transition to a schedule of five-day-per-week access for the remainder of Phase II.

You can download the game launcher here and we encourage you to join us on our for the most up to date testing news.

    You make a poll and don't even add the largest MMO out there, World of Warcraft, but you did add Wildstar that's pretty much dead and other obscure games..

    World of Warcraft, Final Fantasy XIV, Elder Scrolls Online, Guild Wars 2, Blade & Soul, Black Desert Online, Runescape, EVE Online, Star Wars: The Old Republic. These are probably the 9 most popular MMOs out there atm.

    Secret World Legends is not strictly an MMO. The Secret World remains as that universe's MMO offering.

    Yes runscape is on that list, they have roughly 50-80k active users online each day. That's more than Wildstar, and many of the more new MMOs.

    Saying that you're playing WOW right now is like saying you wore your socks today. Everyone did. It's a non issue. Even when you're not playing Wow you're playing Wow. Lol

    I'm not playing any if these, but have been watching a buddy of mine stream BDO, so that's about as close as I'm coming to playing an MMORPG.

    I just feel like the current market in this genre is so "bleh". Nothing grabs me, it seems half of them are WoW clones (which if I wanted to play a game like WoW, I'd reinstall WoW).

    It's incredibly likely I will give Crowfall a try, atleast try the beta out later this year(?). But other then that, I'm just waiting for Ashes.

    The poll design is based on what the website allows, I agree that it is insufficient, but it is what it is :)  If you can find a better game list, one that lists by active player counts, please post it!

    I'm not actually playing any MMORPG right now.  I'm spending of my free time on woodworking projects until AoC comes out.  When it does, I imagine my woodworking might suffer a bit. ;)
