Backers question

hello all i backed this game awhile ago befor  the kickstarter closed , i took the 150$ one , so  i was wondering how do i know im a backer? i mean is ther any way to see on my profile or account that i backed this game? i remember in the rewards list i read somthing about a forum badge or somthing but i cant find it anywhere.

You should be able to tell on the kickstarter. If you successfully backed it will show up there on kickstarter.  Also check your emails for updates. The last email was update 17.

You will be happy to hear that we are currently in the processes of integrating the information from Kickstarter into our Account database and will be sending out emails to your Kickstarter registered emails by Tuesday of next week (June 20th).  June 20th will also be the launch of our store at www.AshesofCreation.com where members who were unable to participate in the Kickstarter, due to limited payment processing, will have an opportunity to back Ashes.

There should have been an email sent to you by Kickstarter after your initial pledge. The next step will be from Intrepid. They have not notified us how we will redeem our rewards yet, but they did mention over stream that we will receive an email in the future or they will post an announcement in the near future.

You will receive an email in a week or so that will give you the codes necessary to upgrade your account to whatever backing level you supported at.

You should have gotten an email after you backed to confirm your support. Before the 20th of this month you will receive an email to link your kickstarter account to this one. It'll have a code or something to link up

thanks all, yeah i did receive one email saying my payment was successfull and stuff but that was long ago right after they closed the kickstarter , havent had the time to check my mail recently , e3 week and all :x .

Check your credit card bill? That's what I did.

so i checked my emails today , i found the mail saying they will send an email on the 20th, but i didint recieve an email on the 20th , what do i do?

check your spam filter, or you can just log into Kickstarter ad read the lastest post from there.

Don't know if you already know that Your kickstarter email will need to be the same as your Ashes account.  This won't stop you from getting your email, but will need to be done for your account to sync with pledge. They haven't done it yet but it should be sorted in the next 7 days. I believe you can change your email address in settings to match your ks account. If it's already the same no need to worry.

Nothing in my spams , and on the kickstarter page the latest update is the same one saying they will send out emails on the 20th .

Is your kickstarter email the same as your Ashes account email? There could be an issue if not. I suggest you send an email to CS@intrepidstudios.com and hopefully they'll be able to sort you out.

i have the same email for both accounts , so all i need to do is wait? how do i sync my accounts?

You just need to wait. Your using the same email address it should automatically sync and update the status of your account in the next week.

It should link automatically but you should receive an email to confirm that. If you haven't I'd contact Intrepid CS on the email I gave you. Good luck with it

I just checked my emails and I received mine on Thursday it was in my junk folder. So as someone mentioned earlier check there, it says.

thanks i found that email just now , so basicaly just wait till they sync everything.
