    Isn't this ridiculous!? I have never seen a community like this. If you ever get a chance go to boards.lineage2.com and just pick any thread to see how ruthless the forums are that i'm used to. It makes you not even want to partake in them.

    Food for thought - This place is addicting and there isn't even a game for it yet.

    I'm hoping thats not true, maybe it will be when the younger crowd shows (after release). It's possible that the age range is what makes this community thrive at the time being but i'm going to be optimistic and hope it stays this way.

    This is literally the best MMO community ever. If someone new is reading this, please believe me, I am not exaggerating.

    I see some people repeating, even on other websites, that sooner or later toxic behavior will find us too. I am aware it is impossible to remain completely unscathed. But let me just remind all of you that the guys at Intrepid are working hard on keeping this community safe and healthy. The rest is up to us. We already have a friendly environment, now what we need is zero tolerance towards rude behavior.

    BTW, I'm a noob... how do you guys make those wonderful signatures?

    This is the first time I have really become actively involved in a game forum.  I always lurked because of the toxicity.  This community  is much different. The good vibes, positive thoughts and acts drew me in like a magnet.   Most the people here seem to be more mature fun loving, young at heart souls who only want a good game to sink their claws into.

    If you need help and have a description i'm sure plenty of us would be willing to throw one together for you. Simply put, using photoshop/gimp/paint (most popular ones) to create an image to upload. I recommend if you want to ask for help; create a new thread and i'm sure you will get responses

    I fully expect that, for a couple of months after launch, we're going to see a lot of *ahem* stupidity. Did I say that aloud? Why yes, yes I did. But I also fully expect that when their teeth-gnashing and their whining et al doesn't get them the changes they think should exist, they'll loudly depart ... and then we can get back to being our happy selves.

    Honestly, I think that most of us will be so protective of this that we will bend over backwards, trying to reach out to the noisy ones ... I do hope that we'll be able to get through to some of them, and let them experience a game that is driven by the community. TL;DR -- I don't see that being a problem, @WinterAssassin ;-)
