really stuck guys i just payed for the explorer pack and when my dashboard pops up it says claim your rewards, ive clicked on claim your rewards and the page will not load why cant i get on the game for please please help

    The game is still in development . The expected delivery date of release is 2018.  This was an extention of the Kickstarter from last month.  As an explorer you will not be able to play until the official release.  Hope this helps.

    I know you're probably pretty bummed about not getting to play right now. Don't be to discouraged. We are all in the same boat. We are all here on the forum trying to stay busy till it comes out. Rest assured it'll be awesome!

    Yah, if you re-check the store page (https://www.ashesofcreation.com/projects/store/) you will note that the Explorer package has an estimated delivery date of December 2018.  The package you bought is part of the Summer Crowdfunding Campaign to raise money for making the game. The estimated date is only an estimate and many of us know that games can run into many delays. 

    After the game releases there will be a monthly fee that is expected to be 15.00.  This game will not be pay to win though. 

    So welcome to the forums and enjoy hanging out with the rest of us for the next year and a half or so. :)
