    Any more details you can give on why it didn't go through? Did your card get declined? Did you forget to click "buy" ?

    Because if it's the former, you have a paper trail to proof your story and I'm sure Intrepid would give you the benefit of the doubt. 

    But I do not speak for them. But it's worth the try. 

    I'd say gather as much info as you can to make it easier for them to follow up in your claim. Whether that me any emails you got from your card or even a confirmation email that you infact purchased it.

    I'd also prep yourself for the fact that their hands may be tied with policy for Kickstarter rewards. They can't just be giving them out after it's ended, so be ready for that answer.

    At this time backer options have concluded. I am not certain if they can do something about yours not processing / being declined however to follow up I would recommend you contact [email protected] with your inquiry.

    Is there any way i can retry sending the money? I had the money, and thought that I had made the purchase.

    For this you will need to navigate to https://www.ashesofcreation.com/ , in the bottom right of the screen click Support.

    This will allow you to then click on "Contact Us" to submit a ticket. I do not believe that Intrepid will be able to assist as this is related to an issue between purchaser and Kickstarter however you may submit a ticket for a formal response.
