Why no updates on Kickstarter?

Just wondering why there hasn't been an update on kickstarter since June 12th? Your game looks great, but when I read kickstarter comments and all I see is ,"still haven't gotten any email," or "hello, can someone help me still no email." Then the only response is days later asking them to check their account isn't too satisfying for future and potential donators (myself included). Do you guys have any plans on updating kickstarter with the progress of the game? Again, just voicing my concerns and thank you for understanding.

    Ummm....you come here and watch the livestreams on Twitch or go to aocwiki.net for updates. Kickstarter site has nothing to do with the game. "Future and potential donors" I take to mean that you didn't pledge during the KS period. Well, that ship has sailed. If for some reason I misunderstood and you are a KS backer wondering the status of your account, or you never redeemed your code....contact customer service and they will sort you out.

    How does the kickstarter page "have nothing to do with the game?" How are all these people leaving comments on there and getting no response? Can you not still donate via kickstarter? Sorry, I'm just curious because this game looks great.

    The kickstarter page is from the kickstarter campaign that ended a couple months ago. They are leaving comments there and getting no response because KS doesn't care since it is a closed campaign, and Intrepid has these forums and Discord to take care of their customer base. I was adding info to my original post when you replied, look there to start. There is no further crowdfunding planned for the game, however they may offer different testing keys for purchase in the future. The first Alpha 0 starts December 15th, 2017 for a very small testing pool that have won keys, not purchased them. Good luck, there is a ton of information out there to absorb.

    Kickstarter ended in June and there is no way to participate in it now. They are not posting updates on KS because they are done with KS. When you find out about the game on KS, you're supposed to follow it from the official sources, KS isn't one of them. All KS projects use it for the time being when they are taking KS donations.

    The kickstarter campaign has ended, so they no longer maintain the page or reply to comments.
    Instead, all communication is through the forums, discord and livestreams.

    Feel free to ask anything and if there is available information, you will get an answer as soon as possible as the community and moderators are quite helpful.

    I see now and thank you for clearing that up. Just looked strange with all those people posting on there and getting no responses, but I can see that it's their error now and not AOC. I appreciate the confirmation and I'm really excited for this game. I wish I'd known sooner.

    Perhaps a header on the KS page directing people to the forums might work.

    Like above the KS video, maybe. It would not take long, and might bring in more people, whom, like @Pracydna see the Kickstarter, and any and all lack of response and just go. "Probably a scam"

    I feel like I remember most of those messages of people saying "I didn't get my email" were people asking BEFORE they were even sent out.

    If so, then I also want my PAX pack extended or count towards the new kickstarter campaign.

    However, they stated multiple times that there will be no more crowdfunding campaigns.
