I like to know how the gamemaster system works at any later point ? 
Ca.8 -9 years before i acted as an game master in last chaos for one year..
there everyone could apply as a game master when he is old enough. After a successful application, you had a trial period like a job. After the trial period of 3 months, one became full-fledged champion. do chances also exist in AoC to work in such a function?

I hope not. From my experience, volunteer game masters, since 99% of the time are also regular players, have been terrible choices. Often shrouded in some kind of drama, or abusing powers behind the scenes. A good anti-bot reporting system should be enough and hired community managers and even interns with GM accounts can do the rest.

I would be fine with volunteer (veteran and vetted) moderators having very limited powers in the game such as:

• teleport to a player to get them unstuck
• teleport bots into a special unescapable zone to await further inspection by a hired Intrepid personnel (with logs of who teleported who in case the power is abused)

No more than that level of power for volunteers, definitely not the power to silence or ban (even temporarily).

Intrepid will have an active GM staff (note staff) who are retained on payroll.

I can be paid to be a GM? 30k a year + dental and I'm applying!!

Thx for the answer i have only good remember on gm in game ... They help like u say by gliches , u can ask them many , the chat is clear and most time they do little events that is nice

Letting anyone else other than IS doing the GM job is just... silly.

Volunteers that oversee the game without any additional powers is what I can manage, but random players, even with bad english, becoming GameMasters doesn't sound like a good idea.

U dont must master english when you are the gm for other countrys the best english dont help when u have some russian players ... Then you need russian gm or german gm or some language else ... I can only twll from the other game and there it worked pretty well ... All counties had so their own gm's for helping

To be honest, knowing languages is not what a GMs job is.

To be able to interact with different communities, there will be community managers for different languages (most likely english, german, french and maybe spanish). For other languages, such as russian, or in general to communicate with different communities, volunteers for certain languages might be a better option. English is a must on the internet, but for those that don't speak english, or not very well, bilingual individuals could be set up to support those with lesser english skills. That would all be subject to need which we will know once the game is live.

That is korrekt i start in 2 months the english scool ... My problem at all is i understand all things but when i speak or write i dont get the words
