Forum authorization error in Russia

Hello!
At the moment, some people from Russia have a problem with authorization on the forum. A page with an error always appears.
Clearing the cache and cookies does not help. If you enable VPN from another country, then the authorization passes without problems. Authorization of the trial from different regions of Russia and various Internet providers. The problem persists until the VPN is turned on and the IP address is changed.
