Account not showing KS purchase

I was a part of the Kickstarter crowdfunding and got a "Braver of Worlds" package. However the package is not linked to my account on the AoC website. I have no purchases linked with the account it seems. The email for my Kickstarter account and this account are the same so I would have thought it would have been updated.
Is there something I need to do to link them? I don't want to miss beta access when it arrives.

Email's were sent out last july, however the email may of got misplaced or ended up in spam etc be sure to follow this thread to recover/ find the email
