I did not receive an email from Intrepid Studios ... what to do?

So you have not received an expected email from Intrepid Studios pertaining to a specific topic and are looking for a method to resolve it? Typically this issue is related to SPAM filters in place with your email provider and can be easily resolved by doing the following:
  • Add Community@IntrepidStudios.com and Contact@IntrepidStudios.com to your known contacts list with your email provider.
  • Check bulk / spam / promotions folders in your mailbox to ensure that the email has not been blocked.
If you are still having issues, please verify that the email used to register your account is accurately entered in to your profile located here - https://www.ashesofcreation.com/account/general . If inaccuracies are found, you will need to correct those in order to resolve the issue. Any further questions that you might have about your account, please submit a support ticket.
