Linking my Account and my KS Pledge

Can someone point me to a post or article on how I can link my KS pledge with my account?

Yeah, I did read that, thank you.  Unfortunately, I've not found any email that explains to me how to link the account, nor is it showing up in my AoC dashboard.  I DO have the confirmation email that I successfully backed the project, and it is showing in my KS list.

Any other thoughts?

Contact customer support. You are not the first person to not find their email. Since the initial push was marked as spam by many peoples systems they have gotten this down. So, log onto the main site. Hit the support button down in the corner and wait. Most times it takes 3 days to a week for them to get through the backlog depending on traffic. Provide them with all the relevant details and any special stuff like you used a different email for KS than Ashes. It isn't like you can play the game currently, so the week or so it might take to sort you out isn't really blocking you from anything.
