braver of worlds/cancelled?

last year I bought the braver of worlds "pack" I just recently looked at the purchase tab in my account it says that it was cancelled. There is-as far as I can tell- no one to contact on the official page. my question is who do I email about this problem.
*I do not want to cancel*

edit.1- I never got an email of a refund or a cancelation notice. 
disregard all of what I said I found the elusive support tab
