my order was cancelled by mistake

hi, i would like to know why my order was cancelled. if i remember correctly, there are no refunds, which means this shouldn't have happened. it's cool though, mistakes are commonplace. i would just like to get this sorted out.
i also tried looking for the elusive support button on the homepage. i couldn't find it. the shop button on the bottom left was visible though.
edit: i should point out the credit card i used to purchase this is closed and gone. even if i wanted to i could not get a refund.
