    Yep, private company so not listed on stock exchange, so no reporting requirements. Multiple statements of no angel/hidden investors. On the backers end, there were a slew of lower tier packages that accounted for less than a $150 average. The Kickstarter raised just over 3 million after Kickstarters cut, and that was just shy of 20k of the 40k backers that we know of from their statements.
