The ability to sort discussions by having them flagged. As in the discussion I flag are at the top and then having the unflagged discussions appear below them by most recent post. Probably beyond the capabilities of an extension, but it would be nice.

It feels to me some of the signatures are too large compared to the actual post making it more difficult to read the thread, or just making the signatures a little over bearing. I like to see the signatures, but they should not be so large they dominate the text. Full width or increased width might help with this, not sure, but maybe height restriction on signatures would give a better viewing experience (yes I know signatures can be switched off).
The forum menu is a bit clunky I have to make several clicks until I am in the forum I want to view. Forums and sub forums should be viewable from the initial menu. The 3 staff posts are too large, at the top of the home page. Make it one staff notification so the height can be decreased giving more room for a better looking home page.
Better emoticons, the ones with this forum are boring
they revoked activity access again i would say hide not remove who is online. some people have interesting icons

Fonts - Size and Color drop down menus.
While "[ color="somecolor"] [ /color] works typing would be a lot faster if we could mouse over and choose a font size/color without having to continually preview ones post to check if the color is accepted on this forum engine.
