On-topic, I'm not really a huge fan of having too many high-fantasy weapons, I do think they should be in the game, but I don't want to see these kind of weapons being easily obtainable as that would result in everyone running around with low level weapons and gear that look like legendary weapons and gear. IMO most basic and good gear/weapons should be more "realistic" (as if a magic staff is realistic, but you get what I mean) and only the rare ones having high-fantasy designs.
Yea only higher end weapons would have cool animations and stuff, I don't mean EVERYTHING should be animated~!
I also just watch asmongold because he's funny lol. The whole point of it is because he IS an ass and it gets everybody so upset for no reason. I think he's a solid dood though and even though I dont play WoW i was his transmog comps and stuff sometimes

I'm the only one who likes glowing equipment?!
I like when equipment is glowing for a reason. Reasons may be gems/runes inserted in it, or something like gear crafted from ghost cloth would shine in sage colour. +it's faster to develop stuff like that comparing to moving parts...
Witcher 3 does that. In Witcher 3, if you install a rune into a sword then runes on the blade will glow, the color depends on the rune.
WoW used to be like that. It used to be that certain enchantments made a weapon glow or have some other particle effect (flames, shadow, dripping blood or poison). But with the Transmogrification System you can just apply those effects without the enchantment so it’s no longer the case that you can tell what enchantment is on a weapon from looking at it (or even what weapon it is).
