Subject - Potion launcher self-hitting

Description:
When shooting the potion launcher, it will sometimes instantly blow up on yourself. It usually happens when jumping and/or moving forward.

Bug Reproduction Steps:
After left clicking to shoot the potion launcher, it will occasionally blow up instantly on the user.

Expected Result:
The potion grenade launches out in its arc in the direction you were aiming.

Bug Report - Actual Result:
The potion grenade instantly blows up and hurts the user instead of flying out.

    This is usually caused when the player hitbox collides with the hurtbox of the potion when the player is moving at a high speed. Catfall boots jump or descent, leaping from a cliff, or simply bouncing the potion off a wall back at the player will cause the full impact damage to occur. This may be intentional but it's not very good design. Self-damage should be limited to the splash of the potion and not the full impact.
