The gaming world is really busy these days. Most players will only give your game one look.
That is a really good point, mess once and loose players forever. It is hard to regain the trust if you loose it, there is so much games out there so players will easily find a new game.. However, MMORPG genre have been in waiting situation for a while now, and lots of promising games are still in development. That might forgive some mistakes or weird decisions I guess.
