Could not pick up items

Description
Could not pick up health potion and Firefrost. I was playing in Underrealm. When I targeted the item and pressed "E", item's description disappeared, but it didn't transfer to my inventory. Other items I could pick up normally.

Bug Reproduction Steps
Opened chests, tried to pick up Firefrost and couldn't. After that tried to pick up health potion and couldn't. Seems quite random, so could be hard to reproduce, haven't had this happen earlier.

Item been transferred to inventory.
