Where will the Oceanic Servers be based?

Hi there,
I know that AOC has confirmed Oceanic servers, but still have concerns that they will be based in somewhere like Singapore which will still net New Zealand and Australian players with 200 ping. Is there any info out there or can any AOC staff confirm where the Oceanic servers will be located?

Last I heard (two weeks ago or so), there was still discussion between Sydney or Melbourne.

As others have said it seems like they are leaning towards Syd/Melb but nothing is finalised. There are plans to include OCE in the beta so the latest confirmation will probably be when they are preparing for that.
