HS modifier as exclusive weapons

I know Steven said there's not gonna be damage modifiers for different hit boxes and that makes sense for a hybrid tab action combat system but I feel like aiming skills should be rewarded and manifested in the game
What do you think about the idea of incorporating that into a one of a kind weapon like a bow that players can choose to use for that reason, you could make it very hard to obtain or craft to not disrupt the balance

Why restrict action style combat to bows or other weapons?
Nope, hs mechanic is not rewarded in the game...

Making something like that rare would disrupt the balance even more than it would if everyone had access to it, as it would give a particular unfair advantage to those players that did acquire it...
I wouldn't think so, they still have to rely on their aiming skills
the multiplier will not be higher then tab target
