The Ashen Pillars Discord is looking for more RP Guild Leaders!
Founded by several guild leads, the Ashen Pillars is a coalition of leaders looking to expand the RP community in Ashes of Creation! Ashen Pillars' goal is to be a place for Role-playing Guild Leaders - or leaders who enjoy interacting with the RP community even if it is not a focus of their guild - to come together and strategize, communicate, organize, and interact with each other. Our goal is creating a deeper and more intertwined world for a full immersive experience. We will be discussing larger community story lines, node development, and which server the role-playing community will call home.
The idea is to create an interactive world that not only has guilds being recognized in different locations but also creating maps of the world where single players can request to have their taverns or freehold villages recognized. Also through this organization we are looking to give every guild the chance to interact and impact one anothers stories, in a game like Ashes, isolation is the greatest threat and we hope to truly make people feel immersed in a world that greatly impacts the stories we write!
With many guilds already represented on this server, we're looking for current and future guild leaders regardless of guild size to join and become a part of our growing community. The Ashen Pillars is focused on collaboration and open communication. Every voice within the group is heard and respected as we strive to make the strongest role-playing society in the most unique MMO developed!

Great to hear! We have 19 guilds in total now and I expect it only to grow! If you are planning on hosting your own guild in the future or wish to find a good rp guild that would fit your unique characters pet me know! I will give you info of a few guild leads!
I truly believe that the bane of the modern mmo is how guilds isolate themselves. In creating something like this we can counter that issue and make something great!

I think it really comes down to wanting to build something bigger than my own guild or my own alliance. I want to ensure that a stable group of RP guilds can choose a server together and know that the others will be there to help them and interact with them.

Currently we are just NA, but we may open up to EU guilds in the future so everyone can help organize on the NA and EU side.
Check out the guild postings under your region in the recruitment section here on the forums or make sure you join the AoC discord where there is also channels posted almost everyday.

No, thank you guys for putting the community together! I'm a huge fan of RP-PvP servers and RP in general (coming from Grobbulus on classic wow) and I hope that in the future, after a long day of exploring and delving, we sit around a fire in a tavern somewhere and share stories.
Excited to see RP in this game.
There is another RP discord but the guild leaders are still deciding if we want to open up this discord to non Guild Leaders.
