Music for Ashes!

Hey guys!
We all know Bear Mac is going to do an amazing job on the score for Ashes but until we hear his genius I have been playing with some music concepts over on Twitch.
I'm particularly interested in what the different races may sound like so I've kicked off by writing some music for a Py'rai character creation screen.
If you'd like to come and nerd out with me over Py'rai instruments/sounds I'd love to have you there.
Here's a link to where I'm at with the track so far:
Up next I'm thinking DWARVES!!! And I have all of the drums. ALL OF THEM
Thanks guys, stay safe.

I reckon the violin at 2:25ish needs to be pulled back in the mix though, and the strings at 3:34 also need to move back - still a great mood. Reminds me of witcher 3, probs not py'rai to my imagination but that's not my call.
I’m interested to hear your thoughts on Py’Rai! This is the stuff I’m thinking on at the moment...it’s fascinating as a musician to think of what a magical race of elves might sound like!
What are some key words that come to mind when you think of this race?
Same for others, if you’re reading this - please let me know!
I also wouldn’t mind some Elven words/phrases to include in this piece so if you have any ideas, leave them here and I’ll get them into the track. Cheers!
P.s. I’ve actually already replaced some violin for a flute of sorts... can’t have forest elves without some pipes!
I guess this is turning into a fan made Ashes soundtrack/album? Thanks for listening!

Very nice!! I'm diggin this a lot!
Gonna try to draw some attention to your music on our podcast today (and probably next week as well, heh)
Would love to see about having a chill tavern track created for the background of our podcast.....
=D
A chill tavern track eh... tell me more!
Would it be based on a node of any type? A human tavern?
You should check out my post about the Open Mic Nights on Phoenix Radio. Would make for great submissions.
Love a good story and lore.

Sorry for the delay in response...I swear I didn't get a notification. =(
Though...I believe Chibi has been chatting with you since my last message here.
Anywho, "The Golden Feather" is the name of the podcast, and a Tavern theme is what we're aiming for (especially with a soon-to-be-revealed visual restyle of our Twitch).
We're not really aiming for any specific racial influence. Just a happy, feels-good tavern track that makes you smile and tap your foot but not energetic enough to get up and dance. Engaging for background music but not distracting enough to miss what people are saying.
Welcoming tunes to go with a friendly chat after returning from a long adventure.
Feel free to swing by and check out what we have currently:
We are streaming on Fridays at 4pm PST / 7pm EST.
I've been hearing more and more about DMCA issues with streaming and vods using other people's music.
If any of you would like to use the music I am making for your Ashes streams or vids I am perfectly ok with that.
Disclaimer: Just don't on-sell or re release the music!
Just flick me a credit so people know where to find me and the original pieces and I'm happy. Cheers
I've put them here for download: https://mattokamus.bandcamp.com/
I'll add your stuff to Phoenix Radio. We want to be the home of AoC music and themes. Bards and the like. Good work. Looking forward to hearing more.

Hopefully it tells a bit of a story, I wanted to capture a sense of sorrow and move into a bit of a call to action/adventure...just like being reborn from the ashes!
Some with a keen eye may notice that I've made a bit of a new brand as an artist, so there's a new YT channel and all of my Ashes music to date is available on Spotify as well as ALL major platforms!
Previously people were asking for Spotify links so I've finally come through.
Spotify: https://t.co/73sLrtjAZV & Youtube: https://t.co/K9b81rbag4
Thanks a bunch everyone and let me know what you think of the new Main Theme!
P.S. There's also a PIANO only version on the YT channel if you're keen on ivory. =D
Vaelune this time, let me know if it sounds like the Vaelune to you!

Thanks for listening if you do.
This song takes you on a journey almost and I'm excited by it! We would like to use it for our intro, with credit to you of course, if that would be ok. We would like a high-resolution version if that's fine -- instead of the youtube one.
Edit: found your Py'rai on your spotify, super love it!
