1) My number one for me is I need the ability to move my Unit Frames in the middle of the screen, I personally don't know how people play with it in in the top left-hand corner, I must be weird but I prefer it center of the screen like the attached photo, it lets me focus more on hp/ mana, I also have on a /align feature which allows me to make sure everything is even and keeps my OCD in check :P I obviously turn it off once I have lined everything up to the position.
2) The bar in the photo you can see at the top has everything I need to know on hand, XP, ammo left in slot, gold, bag space, location, quick access to messenger, etc
3)Proper Messenger - Like the below photo, so much easier to track convos.
