The Mars Cheese Castle was a nice tourist place. Suits of armor and lots of cheese. We stopped there on the way to Gencon back when they used to have it in Milwaukee. It would also be somewhat appropriate for Ashes.

Maybe you could stage a Cheese Siege as an event.
