[SUGGESTION] Social Organization Addition: Mercenary/Adventurer's Association

I Feel That a official place where you can go in The Region where you can sign up to be a Soldier for Hire where other players can hire you for jobs Such as Monster Subjugation, Escort/Bodyguard, or Even Help with PVP and more there could even be NPC given quests aswell from all over. This could be the Golden Goose for Solo Players who don't want to get involved with a guild and go Lone wolf giving them a Avenue for Gold income or Other Random Opportunities while out in the wild completing a job

    I sympathise with the desire, but I also think that the players who are really commited enough about wanting to live the mercenary life would also be resourceful and passionate enough to raise guilds that offer those services organically, directly from player to player without game-guidance.
    Instead, the game should just make sure that having reliable players for hire is worthwhile enough that it'll benefit both parties.

    I've seen two mid-to-large-sized mercenary guilds advertised on the Discord, and I'm sure there will be bigger ones as we get past Alpha and Beta.

    EDIT: Oh, but also apparently what you're asking for already exists. *Link to Kilion's comment with more sources mentioning NPC communities that may help players connect with a shared purpose.*

    Thinking about it like that it would be very beneficial for mercenary guilds to be player driven causing the community to interact with each other more

    Keep in mind that player run Taverns will have bulletin boards where mercenaries, assassins, guards, and other players wanting jobs can post notices. Personally, I think that kind of system adds the most to immersion and game enjoyment.

    I like the idea of an adventuring guild where people who do not have a group meet up and form groups for things. I've never played a game where you couldn't do this through chat, but I'm open to new ideas (whichever method is fastest to find a group).

    We also only know theoretical information about all these systems. Until we actually know what it looks like in game, I'm not comfortable suggesting changes/options.
