Unable to log in or play for more then a minute.

I have been unable to log into the game. It will freeze during logging in. If I do get in it will play for less then a minute then freeze or say my computer is out of memory. Still in the starter town.
Changed resolution to the lowest setting and had graphics on Medium and low, had no effect.
All drivers are up to date.
