Resource Respawning Idea.

Suppose a higher-tier resource is sitting there unharvested for 4 hours total (which I think is the current respawn rate from what I have heard). It could despawn and automatically trigger a respawn of a resource 1 tier below of its same type somewhere else.
Example: Tin (T2) sits there for 4 hours. Respawn elsewhere as (T1) Zinc or Copper.
