At war? 30s logout.

When involved in a war, there should be a 30s logout (forced to sit) to prevent dodging the death award point. Being hit on combat cancels the logout.
If you want to log out when at war, you need to be in a safe place and not just logging out mid combat to avoid the enemy scoring.
(Edit: maybe waive this when near a shrine to negate spawn camping and maybe giving players the option to run to the shrine to get away.)
