I find it very difficult to read the quantity number/stack size indicator on items stored in my materials inventory. The numbers use a small amount of the available space (horizontally), and I wondered if the font could be made larger.

    Yeah, font sizes and general window scalability are huge pain points right now.
    At the end of the day, it's night.
