Can I just play the game I paid for without video crashes?

I am not asking for Chad perfection, so I don't see this as an unreasonable request. Video crashing forcing me to hard reset randomly happens, at any in-game setting, whether in town or wilderness, anywhere from within one minute of turning on computer and logging in to within an hour or two.
I have 11th Gen Intel(R) Core(TM) i9-11900KF @ 3.50GHz 3.50 GHz 128GB and an NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3090.

Honestly most people probably paid to play but it's a mutually beneficial arrangement.
That said, the expectations people have paying to participate in alpha are wild and I think an unskippable video from the devs before you can actually buy the access would probably save us from some of these posts.
PvE focused: WoW / FFXIV / Lineage II
Sandbox: Ultima Online / Darkfall / Mortal Online
Big Influence: SNES Fighting games / Starcraft / Diablo II / Smite
We all paid to PLAYTEST; not just play or test. The expectation was you pay $150+ to at least get in the game and report bugs; instead some of us are prevented from doing that despite matching recommended specs and sending in logs.
Intrepid fixes the spawns of NPCs, the damage of spells, and caravans but leaves one of the biggest problems (the only one that is actively bricking some PCs as shown in master thread) to fester with a repeat trite message: "we're still working on it, send more logs".
You don't have to be ideologically supportive, and you can admit that this is below the standard.
