14th Gen i9 constant crashing - any ideas?

When I try to play on my desktop, ashes of creation frequently crashes after maybe 30-60 seconds of being in game. I will crash to desktop. I saw an error message pop up saying that the 14th gen processors can have errors with URE 5, but I don't know if this is the problem or not. Here are the main specs of my desktop PC:
14gen core i9 processor
7900XTX 64GB DDR6 Video Ram
1TB SSD
64GB DDR5 RAM
When I play on my laptop, there are no issues. Here are the specs on my laptop:
13th gen core i9 processor
2TB SSD
Nvidia 4090
32GB DDR5 RAM
Any ideas on why the game is constantly crashing on my desktop, but not my laptop?

My CPU is fine and it won't even load the game from the launcher. It just says "Known bad cpu." So they won't even let me in based on my CPU alone. KNOWN bad cpu lol
I've run diagnostics on my CPU i9-14900K, I have all of the latest updates, BIOS included. Before they even released to the public that they were having problems with these processors I had already implemented a thermal limit on my CPU which took care of all of my problems. Setting my thermal limit to 75 degrees Celsius only reduced my performance by a minimal amount and it has been an amazing CPU. I have had some problems with other games that run on Unreal Engine 5, like Marvel Rivals randomly crashing, but reducing graphics has mitigated this problem for whatever reason. I have no problems on any other games I have played. Memtest, intel diagnostics, AIDA64 stability tests all say my system is running great. ThrottleStop is what I'm using to limit by temperature.
Yes, what changes did you make?
