Guild recipes book/station

Suggestion: create guild crafting stations where recipes will be saved, and any guild member (who meets the level/requirements for the recipe) will be able to create an item.
Also, the guild leader will be able/should assign roles to players who can use the stations.
Since many top recipes are not knocked out solo, but by a whole group, this will eliminate conflicts and increase the value of the guild for players and it will not be profitable for players to leave the guild where there are top recipes, it will also not be profitable to disband the guild where many recipes will be studied.
Plus, this eliminates the situation when the guild pumps a profession for one player, giving all the recipes, and after some time the player leaves the guild/game, in which case all the recipes will remain in the guild's use.
