Black Screen On Launch

Freshly installed and all my systems are up to date have reinstalled game and launcher 3 times.

Tried every fix I have found on forums and no fix.

Hit ,launch game game boots black screen and closes itself out..

Same. Tried all the fixes and nothing. I played monday but after the patch yesterday it just black screens before ever getting to the load screen then goes back to desktop.
