Control Feedback & Question on custom setup

Just started playing the game, but the very first thing I noticed was the right-click for character rotation and the apparent requirement to hold right click down rather than toggle it. I cannot find an option for a click-to-toggle rather than a hold down.
I am aware of the Z key, but I don't like some of the other control changes it makes.
Holding down that right click button is my preferred control method, but after working all day on the computer it honestly is very uncomfortable to hold right click down for long periods of time.
Question
1) Am I missing something obvious?
2) I have a Logitech mouse with programmable extra buttons. I've remapped keyboard keys to it but never anything more complicated than that. Would using one of those buttons to be a "click to toggle" for holding right click down be against ToS / Macroing?

Implement a click-to-toggle in the keybinding section of the menu (will need to be something other than right click, or you won't be able to click anything.
