Make Commissions Worthwhile

This is a suggestion in regards to the commissions you can get from the commission board.
At the moment those commissions are not worthwhile at all. The time it takes you to pick the commission up at the board, go to the location and do the task is never worth it. You in fact gain more experience and money from the task itself, so if instead you would only do the task and safe the time going to the board it would be much more worth it than doing the commission in the first place.
I suggest making the commissions way more worthwhile by
1. increasing the amount of exp you receive to at least be the same amount you get from doing the task. For example if you have to kill 10 bears, make it so the commission gives you at least the same amount of exp that you get from killing the 10 bears
2. make it so that commissions count extra towards gaining exp for the node you picked the commissions up in. with this you would give it an extra meaning and an opportunity to level up nodes outside of the river lands pois by putting in some work and getting commissions in that node done
3. when a node reaches level 3 you could add an additional bonus the node gets from commissions being completed by players. For example adding tiny bits of silver to the node funds for a completed commission. Or even for the node to receive one random node resource per x amount of commissions completed. This would take some weight off of the buy orders and material sink that prevents players from leveling their professions but still lets them contribute to the node by doing commissions in the area

If this isn't how it's intended to work in the future, my feedback is that it should.
Besides that, I'm fine waiting for any Social/Religious Org tie-ins, particularly for developed Nodes, i.e. if Commissions themselves don't offer much Adventuring exp, but offer progression in those, fine with it.
