Glorious Alpha Two Testers!

Alpha Two Phase III testing has begun! During this phase, our realms will be open every day, and we'll only have downtime for updates and maintenance. We'll keep everyone up-to-date about downtimes in Discord.

If you have Alpha Two, you can download the game launcher here, and we encourage you to join us on our Official Discord Server for the most up to date testing news.

My experience

  • How did the pace of leveling feel from level 0 to your highest level (too fast, too slow, or just right)? What made it feel that way?

—— I am level 14 currently, and the pace feels just right. Crafting my first 5 pieces + 200 power weapons was a very nice upgrade, as long as discovering the recipes for level 9 gear and realising it would be another really good power spike

  • Did your character’s power (gear, skills, stats) feel like it kept up with the challenges you faced? Why or why not?
— Yes, we had to think about what places to go, because we could get destroyed if we went to places we were not ready to.

  • Were there any bottlenecks (quests, materials, gold, difficulty spikes) that slowed your progression? Please share details.

— Yes, but compared to the previous phases . I feel like the progression is much better now. You don't just steamroll through the early game.

  • At what point, if any, did progression start to feel grindy instead of fun? What specifically caused that feeling?

— It hasn't yet

  • What was the most satisfying and the most frustrating part of progression for you?

— As someones that loves cratfting, the most satisfying thing was to see our friends come together to make an effort so we were able to progress, even after the first hours of the game.

The most frustrating part was to see people from the first day dropping items with way too much power for the first day/hours of the game, which made me feel like the alternative crafted items weren't even close to what people were already getting.

== To finish, I would suggest for gear drops to be delayed, so crafting is more needed specially in the first days/weeks of a server launch. For example: At the beginning, everyone would only be possibly equipping t0 crafted items.

With time, as nodes level up and gear would start dropping aswell.

Sometimes it feels pointless to do early game stuff because if gear drop a lot, you can just skip that process.
