Suggestion: Fair PvP Claim System for Hunts

I would like to suggest an improvement to the Hunting system with a fair and optional PvP claim mechanic:

If a player (or group) has been farming in one spot for more than 5 minutes and this triggers a Hunt spawn, the game should recognize the top contributors (based on kills/participation in that area).

The top contributor (or party leader if farming as a group) will receive a warning/notification:
“Another player is attempting to claim your Hunt. Do you want to activate PvP to defend it?”

If multiple players have contributed equally, the system can extend this notification to the top 2–3 contributors.

If they accept, both sides are flagged for PvP and can fight for the Hunt.

If they decline, the Hunt remains contested normally.

To avoid abuse, a cooldown could be added so that players can only trigger this PvP defense once every set period (e.g., 30 minutes).

Additional option in settings: Players can enable or disable the “Hunt PvP Defense Prompt” in the options menu. This gives full control to players who prefer either PvE focus or PvP competition.

This makes the Hunting system more fair, rewarding, and customizable, while keeping the competitive PvP spirit of Ashes of Creation intact.
