Legacy player coming back from early 2018. The encryption code to migrate my account 5 characters

Encryption number 1 character short. Was 5, not 6 long.
Can't enter encryption code.
Need to be sent long character sequence for future verification.
I think I can't get verification code normal way.
Help.

    Put in a support ticket and the wonderful support people will be along on Monday Morning Cali time to answer it.

    Toast, Violet, Slerp and the rest of them aren't currently working weekends on a normal schedule.
