For example: New World has tested a majority of it's game publicly, so there are already metas formed with directions to almost everything already laid out on youtube and in spread sheets before it has even launched.

@Immortality (question) - While Steven happened to address this on stream, I'll reiterate what he said! They have not found a new lead game designer yet. Steven truly believes that finding the right person is the most important factor, and says that he will take his time to do so!
