Right now it's just some goofballs, some alt accounts. It is going to get so much worse lol, yes even extending past launch into in game chat. It will essentially never end. It will also follow you to the next mmo that is made in the pvx style. HOLD THE LINE BOYS

From my own experience, I've usually kept most of my playtime to one or two characters on a server, just because that's what my time allows. I know friends who have had many alts, but they also generally had more time to invest!

It is the most rewarding way to farm. But it decreases the social aspect of the game. And even if I am not farming, to be 100% efficient I have to use alts like crafter to craft items, rogue to scout spots, summoners and doomcryer to freely teleport and so on. It feels that I'm playing not an MMORPG but some RTS like Starcraft. The characters become units and the only PvE metric that matters is adena per hour. And I've seen some private servers with "one character per player" rule but it is only creates more value for players who are able to use more then one PC with different VPNs to not get auto-caught.

I dont think you can open 2 clients of AoC at the same pc.

Also, L2 had /follow and flat terrains. No jumping required. Todays games are very different and I am sure that you wont be able to have trains of bots.

It is fun until you realise that you are outfarmed. The reason why I am "going in solo" is because it gives more adena/hour than default full cp (full cp = divide income by 9). It is true that buffs is the root of that problem: 80% of support class value is included in their buffs that can be effectively used by pressing one button every 2, 5 or even 20+ minutes. I hope support classes in AoC would be more reactive to prevent this issue to some extent.
