People who harp on against pineapple on pizzas have clearly lost the plot. It's fine if you personally don't like it, but to suggest it's some sort of abomination puts you on par with flat earthers in my book. To somehow suggest that fruit doesn't enhance savoury dishes boggles the mind. Duck à l'Orange isn't a thing all of a sudden? You vehemently avoid the grapes served with the cheese? Apples don't go great with pork anymore? You just refuse to put cranberry sauce on your turkey? You make the PBJ sandwiches without the J? Tomatoes are fruits too, for fracks sake!

Intrepid, please, not only do I want you to add pineapple pizza to the game, I want it to be a legendary recipe providing the best food buffs available.

I want you to add a section to the TOS for A2 and Release that players must agree to never disparage pineapple on pizza in the game or on the forums.

food taking culinary skill to master should be of a higher skill ceiling than simply dice fruit > place on dough > cook.

I would argue that perhaps a dessert or a pastry would require greater skill, like a chocolatier making giant chocolate swan centrepieces or a pastry chef assembling a voluminous divided rhubarb pie.

But either way if you have to add a pizza please don't let it be pineapple.

To add to what @Noaani has said. Char grilled pineapple with cinnamon on it is outrageously good!
I'll have to try it with a BBQ base and see how it is.

I think Ashes need to add a pineapple pizza decoration to the game haha

@Vaknar , so far the food animals and plants on the freeholds looked pretty earth-like for the most part, so maybe something like this to really underscore it's a pineapple pizza of creation. Perhaps make the flames into the Ashes flaming phoenix logo.

I imagine the pineapple being hollowed out from the top and filled with rum, then lit up so the pineapple cooks from the inside while people eat the yummy pizza, and then the warm rum-roasted pineapple to finish the meal off.

I would be totally ok with a different look for Verran pineapple though. It would be a perfect Niküan dish.

Can it tie in to the world event system?

Like if someone at a node craft's enough pineapple pizza can there be an apocalyptic response from the moapua'a whom I assume get paired as the other main ingredient.

And they swarm the node in vengeance for the atrocity of being paired with hot pineapple.

Pineapple pizza conceptually sucks for a reason! Technically several reasons!

I don't wanna have to take this half-seriously! Just give 'em the basic with smoked meat and grilled pineapple and slap some Verran names on the sources of the meat and pineapple and let it rock.
