hello to all I come to ask for your help I had the chance to win a key via the giveway but unfortunately I still have not received anything I made a message to support 2 days ago but still no answer for once I win a giveway I do not get my key thanks all for u help ps : sorry for my english

    Hey there, if you got contacted by Intrepid because you won the Gleam giveaway, everything you need to know is in that email.

    They might have asked you to provide forum profile URL, in your case it should look like this: https://forums.ashesofcreation.com/profile/discussions/fatnight

    As a winner of the giveaway, you don't get a "key" - instead, Alpha 2 access is applied straight to your account.

    How do you know that you won the giveaway when you did not receive an email by Intrepid?

    Ah, I see! It's possible that not all emails to all winners have gone out yet. So if you're one of the winners but didn't a mail yet, you should receive one soon!

    unfortunately we can’t do anything I have to send a message to the support it’s been 3 days still no answer I spoke with a person who had ganged also on discord it the nrien received neither I have the impréssions that none of the 100 keys was distributed I hope that someone will contact us very quickly now
