Today, I decided I wanted to purchase the Alpha Wave 2 Key.

I went through the Registration process. However, the website doesn't have me signed-in. Every time I put in my credentials; it acts as if I never signed-in. I've tried this on both my desktop and mobile phone.

I am, however, able to sign-in on the Forums and able to post - which tells me that my Registration went through.

Anyone know if this is a bug? Or if the sign-in server is down?

I really do not want to miss the 11/1 deadline to purchase my key.

    I'm not sure if I remember correctly but you need to log in separately for the main website and the forums, so it might be possible you need to have two separate registrations?

    Im having the same issue. Different browser didnt help had to delete cookies and whatnot related to the website and it repeats the same issue. Creating another account works just fine so it must be tied to the specific account

    I just went to purchase the alpha key for the upcoming test and got the same error. I will reference the post ^^

    I am having the same issue too. I even tried creating a new account and that did not work either

    I tried to login any buy Alpha Two Wave 1 access many times over the last 10 hours. Always got the identical issue described by the OP.

    Hopefully it get fixed before 1. November.

    Issue is got fixed. Was able to purchase Alpha 2 access few seconds ago. @sneakypantz
